Camp 2006
Camp registration has closed and all camps are filled.
The time for registration is fast approaching!
To be fully prepared for registration for Summer Camp 2006, have
the following information ready:
1.
Your name and home address
2. Your membership number (please include all zeros)
3. Child’s name
4. Child’s date of birth
5. All persons allowed to pick up your child
6. Child’s T-shirt size (Child S, M, L or Adult S, M, L)
7. Your email address (so that you can get important camp information)
8. Credit card information—We take Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover—make
sure the address that appears in the payment box is the address
your credit card bill goes to. If you are using someone else’s
credit card, make sure you have their name and address in the Billing
Address section).
This
should get you through the registration process. If you are registering
more than one child, you may want to have more than one web page
pulled up to register them simultaneously. If you have problems
after 9 AM on Monday, please call (423) 785-4176 and we will be
happy to help.
