Boat Schedule

It's the perfect time of year for a Chattanooga riverboat cruise down the Tennessee River on the Tennessee Aquarium’s River Gorge Explorer. This 70 passenger catamaran is the first riverboat of its kind in the Southeast. Aquarium visitors can extend their “mountains to the sea” adventure by taking a Chattanooga riverboat cruise into the Tennessee River Gorge aboard this sleek riverboat. A Tennessee Aquarium naturalist will point out wildlife and historic points of interest along the way.  

Adult $29 / Child $21.50 (3 -12) / Toddler $18     
All children under 3 riding the River Gorge Explorer will be charged $18. They are counted as a passenger via Coast Guard regulations.

☼ Sunset Special
Go on the Sunset Special at 5, 5:30 or 6 p.m. and get an extra hour of FREE cruising. Beer, wine and snacks are available for purchase on the three-hour sunset cruises. see schedule below . . .

☺ Early Bird Special
Ticket's for ages 3 and up are only $20 for the Early Bird cruise (10 or 10:30 a.m.) when booked in advance. Call Reservations at 423-265-0698 and mention the “Early Bird Special” to receive your discount.  see schedule below . . .

◊ Family Adventure Excursions
Add some excitement to your family’s spring break. The Williams Island Cruise will run March 10 - April 8 at 2:30 p.m. and takes passengers to “the Gateway to the Gorge.” During each 90-minute adventure you'll gain insights into the wildlife that call this wooded island home and your naturalist guide helps locate other animals and lead an on-board scavenger hunt.  see schedule below . . .
